All cakes created by Katie Cakes Cakery are made using the freshest ingredients for the best quality possible.  With the exception of some 3-d designs, all cakes are typically 4 layers of moist cake and 3 layers of filling, finished with swiss buttercream, fondant, or poured chocolate ganache.

Classic Combinations

  • Luscious lemon cake layered with lemon curd, raspberry preserves and finished with vanilla buttercream

  • Moist applesauce spice cake with alternating layers of brandy buttercream and caramelized apples

  • Banana bread cake with cream cheese icing and fresh bananas topped with walnuts

  • Sweet oreo cookies folded into vanilla buttercream, sandwiched between rich chocolate cake

  • Fluffy coconut cake with pineapple preserves, coconut, and rum buttercream

  • Rum soaked cake layered with citrus scented cannoli cream and finished with toasted almonds

  • Decadent chocolate cake filled with espresso ganache and topped with orange buttercream
